About exemption of import duties for some units of the electric transport

Art. I. - In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000, of the Customs code No. 95/2021, of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997 for the purpose of project implementation "City mobility and street lighting in municipium of Belts" financed from means of the loan granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and at the expense of grant of the Investment fund of the neighbourhood of the European Union to exempt primeriya of municipium of Belts (according to the agreement signed based on procedures of the EBRD for purchases) from payment of import payments on 22 units of the electric transport (new low-floor trolleybuses with the increased autonomous course of the DNIPRO-T203 model), No. BMSLP 01, classified by goods item 8702 and delivered by Trading House of Litan limited liability company from to Dnipro (Ukraine) based on the agreement without the alienation right.

Art. II. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
