Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, Art. 6965; 2018, No. 41, Art. 6190; No. 47, Art. 7130; 2021, No. 9, Art. 1465; No. 22, Art. 3688; 2022, No. 18, Art. 3022; 2023, No. 23, Art. 4010) following changes:

Item 1 of part 2 of article 10 after the word "further" to add 1) with the word "also";

Parts 3 - 3.2 Articles 17 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Increase in fixed payment to insurance pension on old age and to insurance pension on disability in the amount, the equal one third amount provided by part 1 of article 16 of this Federal Law is established to persons (except for persons specified in part 3.1 of this Article) dependent on whom there are disabled family members:

1) the children who did not reach age of 18 years or reached age of 18 years and completed training in the main educational programs of the main general or secondary general education in the organizations performing educational activities for the period till September 1 of year in which the specified training is complete, or studying full-time according to the main educational programs in the organizations performing educational activities including in the foreign organizations located outside the territory of the Russian Federation before the end of such training by them, but not longer than before achievement of age of 23 years by them or is more senior than this age if they before achievement of age of 18 years became disabled people;
