About modification of appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995

Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in line item "Educational-experimental stations of the State agricultural university of Moldova, all" figures of "2837,17" to replace with figures of "2687,1186";

in line item "the village of Ketrosu of the area Aneny Noy" to replace figures of "1272,96" with figures of "1199,4119";

in line item "Aneny Noy" figures "812" to replace the village Todiresht of the area with figures of "735,4967";

in line item "In total" to replace figures of "21897,9355" with figures of "21747,8841".

Art. II. - The parcels of land Ploshchad 30,8721 of hectare with cadastral number 1046102.017 and Ploshchad 45,6312 of hectare with cadastral number 1046102.019, excluded according to the article I of this law from the List of the companies, organizations and organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state approved by the Law No. 668/1995, are transferred by Ploshchad 73,5481 of hectare with cadastral number 1017116.046, according to the law to the possession of administrative and territorial unit of the commune of Ketrosu of the area Aneny Noy.

Art. III. - To the government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law:

a) bring the regulations into accord with it;

b) provide modification of cadastral documentation according to the current legislation;

c) provide transfer of the lands specified in article II to property of administrative and territorial unit of the commune of Ketrosu of the area Aneny Noy.
