For the purpose of improvement of material and technical resources of law enforcement and other agencies I decide:

1. Approve "Rules in the direction of part of condemned property on improvement of material and technical resources of law enforcement and other agencies" (are applied).

2. Consider invalid the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About procedure on regulation of the questions connected with detention of smuggling by authorities in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic" of October 23, 1992 No. 278.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.

Rules in the direction of part of condemned property on improvement of material and technical resources of law enforcement and other agencies

I. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared in connection with execution of the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the State program on fight against corruption (2004-2006)" of September 3, 2004 No. 377 and determine rules by the direction of part of condemned property on improvement of material and technical resources of law enforcement and other agencies.

1.2. According to these rules, based on sentence (decision) of court part of condemned property is transferred to the law enforcement agencies which were performing pretrial investigation on criminal case and started execution to bodies for cases on administrative offenses.
