About introduction of amendments to the Law on safe functioning potentially hazardous production facilities and technical installations No. 151/2022
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. - In the Law on safe functioning potentially hazardous production facilities and technical installations No. 151/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 208-216, 377), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 5 to state 7) in the following edition:
"(7) the Owner of IS GRPOPOTU is the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development.".
2. The changes made by this Item concern only the text of the law in Romanian.
3. In the subitem 3) of Item 1 of appendix 1 of the word "dangerous substances are made, used, processed or are stored in the quantities equal or % exceeding on 0,5" shall be replaced with words "are actually or finding of dangerous substances in the quantities equal or % exceeding 0,5 is expected".
4. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding case.
