About modification of the Regulations on the commercial mode and regulation of use of the galoidirovanny hydrocarbons destroying ozone layer, approved by the Law No. 852/2002
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. – In the Regulations on the commercial mode and regulation of use of the galoidirovanny hydrocarbons destroying ozone layer, approved by the Law No. 852/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 54-55, 383), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of provision:
replace the words "business entity (physical person and legal entity)", "business entity (physical person or legal entity)" and "Business Entity (Physical Person and Legal Entity)" respectively with words "company" and "Company" in the corresponding number and case;
words "business entity" and "Business entity" to replace respectively with words "company" and "Company" in the corresponding number and case;
the word "heatpumps" shall be replaced with words "thermal pumping units" in the corresponding case;
in the name and in all text of provision to replace the word "galoidrovanny" with the word "halogenated" in the corresponding case.
2. State preamble in the following edition:
"This provision is developed according to provisions of the Convention on the protection of ozone layer concluded in Vienna on March 22, 1985, and the Protocol on the substances destroying ozone layer signed in Montreal on September 16, 1987 which the Republic of Moldova joined the Resolution of Parliament No. 966/1996, and also based on Item d) article 56 of the Law on environmental protection No. 1515/1993.".
