About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", Articles 29, 30 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About credit unions", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning authorization of suppliers of financial services and authorization in the payment market in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and enhancement of regulation of the payment market the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in:
1) Regulations on procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 07, 2022 No. 217 (with changes) (further - the Provision) which is applied;
2) Regulations on authorization of suppliers of financial services and condition of the implementation by them of activities for provision of financial services approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 199, which is applied.
