About transfer of support personnel from territorial bureaus of the State office in public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office"

Based on Items b) and r) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and Item b) article 17 of the Law No. 359/2022 on the government budget for 2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 435-437, 807) DECIDES: the Government

1. Transfer support personnel (in number of 10 established posts) from territorial bureaus of the State office to public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" according to provisions of Article 74 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003, with the annual salary fund established according to the regulatory base.

2. To public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" and the State office within one month to develop structure, the staff list and regular okladny sheets and to bring them into accord with this resolution.

3. Change the Ministry of Finance the amount of the assignments approved by the State office in connection with transfer of the support personnel specified in Item 1.

4. In the Order of the Government No. 845/2009 about territorial bureaus of the State office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 189-190, 923), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "100" with figures "90";

2) in Item 19 appendix No. 1 change is made only in the text in Romanian;

Line item "the Driver - 1" to exclude 3) in appendix No. 2.
