About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning recovery of solvency of the separate state companies in the field of power which are in critical condition

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings (2019, No. 19, the Art. 74) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Items 1-7 and 1-8 of the following content:

"1-7. Determine that till January 1, 2025 are not initiated bankruptcy proceeding, and the initiated productions are subject to the termination concerning the debtor - the State company "East Mining and Processing Works".

1-8. Determine that till January 1, 2026 are not initiated bankruptcy proceeding, and the initiated productions are subject to the termination concerning debtors - the operators of system of distribution performing distribution of electrical energy in the territories of licensed activities which part the territories in which fighting as of December 31, 2023, or the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation as of December 31, 2023 according to the list approved by the central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy concerning the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation was conducted are".

2. "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, of Art. 542 with the following changes) to add the Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Items 1-4 and 1-5 of the following content:
