Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public finances of the Republic of Tajikistan" of June 28, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 436; 2013, No. 3, Art. 189, No. 11, Art. 784; 2016, No. 5, Art. 367; 2018, No. 5, Art. 286) following changes and amendments:

1. In the paragraph the thirteenth Article 2 of the word "this or that" shall be replaced with words "certain".

2. Regarding 3rd Article 11 of the word "authorized state body" shall be replaced with words "authorized state bodies".
