Determine that the seized goods of light industry which were tools of making or objects of administrative offense in the form of footwear, clothes and textile products (further - property) can be donated by Federal Agency for State Property Management (its territorial authority) to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring requirements of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies, and also to the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response for implementation of measures for extraordinary humanitarian response.
2. For the purposes of voluntary conveyance of property the Federal Agency for State Property Management (its territorial authority) in time no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the notification specified in Item 5 of the Regulations on the order by the property turned into property of the state approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2019 No. 1238 "About the order the property turned into property of the state" sends to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response (their territorial authorities) (further - the accepting body) the notification of the readiness to voluntary conveyance of property with indication of its name and quantity.
