Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Regulations of the prices (rates) in the field of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6022; 2022, No. 3, Art. 576; No. 23, of the Art. 3816) to add Item 104 with the subitem "l" of the following content:

"k) approval by regulatory legal act of the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation of the regional program for upgrade of systems of utility infrastructure on which realization by the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" provides financial support to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation at the expense of funds of the specified Fund for upgrade of systems of utility infrastructure for 2023 - 2027 - if the concessionary is the participant of such regional program realizing actions for construction, reconstruction and (or) capital repairs concerning heat supply objects.".

2. In Regulations of rates in the field of the water supply and water disposal approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2013 No. 406 "About state regulation of rates in the field of water supply and water disposal" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 20, Art. 2500; 2022, No. 5, Art. 777; No. 23, of the Art. 3816) to add Item 75 with the paragraph of the following content:
