Determine that for the accounting period of 2024 of value of base rates of ecological collection for groups of goods, the packagings included in the list for 2024 approved by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 5 of article 24.2 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" correspond to values of the rates of charge approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 9, 2016 No. 284 "About establishment of rates of charge on each group of goods, packing group of goods which waste from use is subject to utilization paid by producers of goods, importers of goods which do not provide independent waste recycling from use of goods (ecological collection)", on groups of goods, packing groups of goods provided by the inventory, packagings of the goods which are subject to utilization after loss of consumer properties by them the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2017 No. 2970-r.
