About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 4, 2022 No. 70

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 4, 2022 No. 70 the following changes:

according to the procedure of forming and use of Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-named Decree:

- in the subitem 1 of Item 13 to exclude the word "highest";

- add with Item 22-2 of the following content:

"22-2. Funds from Stabilization fund can be also allocated at the initiative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purposes provided by this Procedure and other actions.";

- add with Item 30-1 of the following content:

"30-1. In case of allocation of money from Stabilization fund for initiative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Items 26-30 of this Procedure are not applied.";

- to add Item 31 after words of "Cabinet of Ministers" with the words "or President of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. This Decree is subject to official publication and becomes effective since October 27, 2023.
