1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2012 No. 512/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 2, 2012 at No. 489/20802 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2832/5), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

item 4 after the words "Office of the Attorney-General" to add with the words "Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office"; shall be replaced with words words of "local prosecutor's offices" "district prosecutor's offices";

Items 9, 11 after the words "for accomplishment by bodies" to add with the word "companies";

To replace 2) in Item 3 of the Section V of figure "XIV" with figures "XV".

In Item 5 of the Section II of the Procedure for realization of the distrained property approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2831/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2016 at No. 1301/29431, the word of "biddings" to replace with the word of "auctions".
