About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – The law on the public assistance No. 547/2003 (2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 14-1 of the following content:

Article 14-1. Simplification of access to the public assistance by means of cession of property in free use

In departure from provisions of the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121/2007 for the purpose of simplification of access of the population to measures of the public assistance bodies of local public authority of any level can transfer in free use on demand, without holding open auction, to territorial agencies of the public assistance, and also the suppliers of social services of the room who are in their management and another property, necessary for activities implementation, on condition of use of the property transferred to free use according to the appointment provided by the agreement.".

Art. II. – In the Law on the humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova, No. 1491/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 23-24, 79), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 10:
