Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 532; 2014, No. 3, Art. 156; No. 7, h 2, Art. 422; 2016, No. 3, Art. 148; No. 7, Art. 624; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 581; 2018, No. 5, Art. 278; 2020, No. 12, Art. 912; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 706; 2022, No. 7, Art. 447; 2023, No. 11, Art. 468; the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 3, 2024, No. 2035 and No. 2036) the following changes:
1. Regarding the 2nd Article 6 of the word "obligatory general basic" shall be replaced with words "average general".
2. In Article 16:
- state part 7 in the following edition:
"7. After receipt of general main education citizens shall get the general secondary education in educational institutions of general secondary education or at will and to capabilities in educational institutions of primary professional or secondary professional education.";
- state part 10 in the following edition:
"10. Pupils are forbidden to come to educational institution of the general education on motorized vehicles.";
- exclude parts 11-13, of part 14-20 to consider parts 11-17.
3. In part 6 of Article 17 of the word "not having" to replace with the word "having".
4. Regarding 3rd Article 18 of the word "can get the general secondary education" shall be replaced with words "get the general secondary education".
5. In the paragraph the second Article 36 of the word of "the basic of general" shall be replaced with words "general average".
6. In part 9 of Article 44 to replace the word of "basic" with the word of "average".
