Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1096 "About federal state environmental control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, Art. 5526; 2024, No. 1, Art. 168).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision)

1. To state the subitem "v" of Item 10 in the following edition:

"c) by provision of licenses for activities on collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger (except as specified if collection of waste of the I-IV classes of danger is performed not in the place of their processing, and (or) utilization, and (or) neutralization, and (or) placement), modification of the register of licenses, and also in case of periodic confirmation of conformity of the licensee to licensed requirements;".

2. In Item 29:
