1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and about modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, Art. 7046; 2024, No. 1, Art. 220) following changes:

a) in Item 1 of the word" (except the goods classified by code of 2701 CN FEA EEU)" to exclude;

b) add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"do not extend to the goods classified by code of 2701 CN FEA EEU whose customs declaring was performed during the period from January 5, 2024 to February 29, 2024 inclusive, and in case of use of features of customs declaring, stipulated in Item the 8th Article 104 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, - to the goods classified by code of 2701 CN FEA EEU whose actual evacuation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union was performed from January 5, 2024 to February 29, 2024 inclusive.";

c) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2023, except for paragraph two of Item 6 of this resolution, the paragraph of the seventh Item 1, of the paragraph of the seventh Item 2 and the paragraph of the seventh Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution, which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

Rates of export customs duties, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, are effective till December 31, 2024 inclusive, except for the goods classified by code of 2701 CN FEA EEU concerning whom such rates are effective till February 28, 2025 inclusive.
