About modification of appendices No. 2 and 3 to the Order of the Government No. 259/2013 about implementation of some regulations of the Code on subsoil

Based on Item j) Article 9 and article 52 of the Code about subsoil No. 3/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 75 – 77, the Art. 197), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of ensuring rational use and protection of subsoil DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 259/2013 about implementation of some regulations of the Code on subsoil (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 83 – 90, Art. 314), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 8 of appendix No. 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

8. The materials provided by the company which was carrying out exploration works together with the conclusion of geological experts are considered on commission sessions. The commission consists of nine members and it is considered competent if at it there were at least 2/3 of her members. Members of the commission are notified on date of meeting not later than 10 days. The commission gathers quarterly or as required.
