About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 18, 2019 No. 14

According to Item 2 of article 11 of the Agreement on procedure for voluntary approval by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union with the Eurasian economic commission of specific subsidies concerning manufactured goods and conducting by the Eurasian economic commission the trials connected with provision by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of specific subsidies of May 26, 2017 Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. Bring in the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 18, 2019 No. 14 "About the list of conditions of use of separate criteria of admissibility of specific subsidies" the following changes:

a) in Item 3 of the word "till May 21, 2024." shall be replaced with words "till May 21, 2025";

b) in paragraph one of Item 5 of the list of conditions of the use of separate criteria of admissibility of specific subsidies approved by the specified Decision of the word "40 percent" shall be replaced with words "50 percent".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than May 22, 2024.
