About modification of the Code of civil procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 1 (2), the Art. 14) the following changes:

1) in Article 215:

a) in item 4 the word of "constitutional" to exclude;

b) add Article with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) receipts of the act of the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic of acceptance to the consideration of the address (representation, the petition, request) about check of constitutionality of the law and/or other regulatory legal act applied or which is subject to application in case of permission of case.";

Item 7 of Article 216 to declare 2) invalid;

Item 5 of Article 217 to state 3) in the following edition:

"5) in cases, stipulated in Item the 6th article 215 of this Code, - before consideration of the address (representation, the petition, request) the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic;".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
