About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of goods for production of transformers

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.69 of the following content:

"7.1.69. The goods classified by codes 4413 00 000 0 and 8535 90 000 8 CN FEA EEU, intended for production of transformers and imported into the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.

Condition of provision of the specified tariff privilege is availability of the confirmation of the purpose of goods issued by authorized body of the executive authority of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic or the Russian Federation respectively and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also the organizations performing their import.

Use of goods to which the tariff privilege is applied is allowed for the purpose of, specified in paragraph one of this subitem, and is exclusive in the territory of that state member which customs authority makes their release.
