Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 8, the Art. 392) the following changes:

Article 17 to add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. If the size of the assumed or granted disability pension is lower than the size of monthly social benefit to persons with limited opportunities of health, to person having pension entitlement on disability or the disablement pensioner the option of disability pension or monthly social benefit is granted once to persons with limited opportunities of health.";

Article 19 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 19. The sizes of pensions on the occasion of loss of the supporter

1. Pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter is estimated as the probable amount of the established basic and insurance parts of disability pension of the II group of the supporter according to Item 2 of article 15 of this Law and is appointed in the following sizes:

on one dependent - 50 percent;

on two dependents - 90 percent;

on three dependents - 120 percent;

on four and more - 150 percent of its size.

2. If the supporter at the time of death was receiver of pension, pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter is estimated from the size of its pension received at the time of death depending on the number of dependents in sizes, stipulated in Item 1 this Article.

If the died supporter was receiver of disability pension of the I group, pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter is estimated from the size of its pension, stipulated in Item 4 articles 17 of this Law.
