About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About internal migration"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About internal migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 10, the Art. 434) the following changes:
1) in Article 1:

b) to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

Article 8 in paragraph one the word "Government" shall be replaced with words 3) "Cabinet of Ministers";
Shall be replaced with words 4) in Article 9 of the word "according to provisions of this Law" "according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic,";
5) in Article 12 the word "Government" shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers";
6) in Article 13:
a) add Item 2 with paragraphs second and third the following content:
"Registration and removal from registration accounting of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are performed by means of the information system which is set of the program hardware intended for collection, storage, transfer and information processing in the field of registration of the population at the place of residence and the place of stay.
