About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1092

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1092 "Some questions of realization of provisions of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning provision of authorizations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 81, Art. 4934; 2023, No. 91, the Art. 5298) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1092

1. To add Item 1 of the resolution with subitems 27 and 28 of the following content:

"27) authorization form on application of transit simplification "the status of the authorized consignor of MDP";

28) authorization form on application of transit simplification "the status of the authorized consignee of MDP".".

2. In the application form about provision of the authorization on application of transit simplification approved by the specified resolution:

The Section II to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:
