Article 1

In part one of article 92 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 2, Art. 198; No. 50, the Art. 4847) the words "to six in year" shall be replaced with words 2003, "to twelve in year".

Article 2

Part third of article 18 of the Federal Law of July 15, 1995 No. 103-FZ "About detention of suspects and the crimes accused of making" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 29, Art. 2759; 1998, No. 30, Art. 3613; 2003, No. 1, Art. 2; No. 50, Art. 4847; 2011, No. 17, Art. 2319; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3399; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4232; No. 24, the Art. 3943) to add 2022, with the offer of the following content: "One additional appointment to the minor children within a month can be provided to the suspect or the accused woman having the child aged up to fourteen years, and also the suspect or the accused man having the child aged up to fourteen years and who is the single parent.".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
