1) Article 2 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. Features of procedure for creation and activities of the Cossack societies in the separate territories can be established by the President of the Russian Federation based on representation of the representative by the Government of the Russian Federation of the federal executive body for interaction with the Cossack societies prepared according to the proposal of the ataman of the All-Russian Cossack society.";

2) in Article 5:
