About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic)

Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:

to state part 6 of Article 58 in the following edition:

"6. Prescriptive limit is not applied in cases of making of the crimes provided by part 2 Articles 122, Article 137, Items 1, 2 parts 3 and part 4 Articles 154, Items 1, 2 parts 3 and part 4 Articles 155, Item 1 of part 2 and part 3 Articles 156, Article 158, part 3 Articles 159, part 2 Articles 160, Article 162, parts 3 and 4 of Article 209, parts 3 and 4 of Article 210, part 3 Articles 215, Articles 252, of 331, of 336, of 402, of 403, of 404, of 405, of 406, of 407, of 408, of 409, of 410, of 411, of the 414th of this Code.".

Article 2.

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:

add Article 27 with part of 4-1 following content:

"4-1. Diversion on the basis specified in Item 12 parts of 1 this Article is not allowed if the material damage caused by crime is not indemnified.".

Article 3.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
