- since December, 1996 to organize in Ashgabat, the Turkmenbashi, Nebitdage, Mara, Chardzhev and Dashkhovuz direct sale of electronic control cash registers to the companies, the organizations and the entrepreneurs who are engaged in sales of goods, public catering and rendering services for cash money;

- to tell data on the course of deliveries of electronic control cash registers and their realization to consumers quarterly to the 20th following reporting quarter in the Main state tax authorities of Turkmenistan.

3. Main state tax authorities of Turkmenistan:

- in a month to develop in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan Regulations on order of registration of the electronic control cash registers used in case of payments with cash in the field of trade, public catering and services;
