Establish the size of reduction of average oil price crude the North Sea Dated brands in the market of the North Sea provided by the paragraph the fifth Item 3 of article 3.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" for the monitoring periods which start date falls on the period from November 15, 2023 to November 14, 2024 inclusive, in the amount of 146 US dollars for 1 ton.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to perform the publication of average oil prices crude the Yurals brands in the world markets of oil raw materials (Mediterranean and Rotterdam) for the periods beginning since January 1, 2024 taking into account the sizes established by Items 1 and 2 of this resolution for the purposes of application of Item 3 of article 342 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and Item 3 of article 3.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff".

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2024.
