According to part four of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply", paragraph two of the subitem 38 of Item 3 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of specialties and positions of personnel of the heatgenerating power stations which is in zone of impact of thermal and electromagnetic radiation and also other harmful factors and is subject to medical examination at the expense of means of the enclosed companies.

2. Determine that medical examination is performed according to requirements of the Procedure for the performing medical examinations of workers of certain categories approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 21, 2007 No. 246, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 23, 2007 at No. 846/14113.
