1. Terminate decisions of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States since June 1, 2005:
about the Interstate coordination center for perpetuating of memory of defenders of the Fatherland of February 10, 1995;
about the organization of activities of the Interstate coordination center for perpetuating of memory of defenders of the Fatherland of November 3, 1995.
2. Charge to the Chief of staff on coordination of military state cooperation - to provide members of the Commonwealth of Independent States together with representatives of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Commonwealths of Independent States Executive committee accomplishment of the actions connected with abolition of the Interstate coordination center for perpetuating of memory of defenders of the Fatherland.
3. Assign to Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of function of the organization of development, approval of drafts of interstate agreements, programs on the basis of which joint events for search and establishment of destiny of missing soldiers, refining of data on places of burial of defenders of the Fatherland and the victims of the Great Patriotic War, perpetuating of their memory are held.
4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
It is made in the city of Tbilisi on June 3, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
