Some questions of forming of the list of the territories on which are conducted (were conducted) fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation
(Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (was conducted) (further - the list), affirms the Ministry concerning reintegration of temporarily occupied territories in form according to appendix in coordination with the Ministry of Defence taking into account regional relevant proposals, Kiev city military authorities;

in the territories in which are conducted fighting (was conducted), the territories of possible fighting, the territories of active fighting and the territory of active fighting in which the state electronic information resources function join;

the territories corresponding to one of the following criteria can be carried to the territories of possible fighting:

- border on the territories of active fighting or on the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation;

- border on frontier of the state aggressor;

the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation determined according to the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" is included in the list;

in the list start date and date of completion of fighting (date of origin and termination of possibility of fighting) or temporary occupation are determined;

the territories according to the Codifier of administrative and territorial units and the territories of territorial communities in the following formats are included in the list:

- all territory of area, Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Kiev and Sevastopol;

- all territory of the area;

- all territory of territorial community;

- the territory of settlements (taking into account the territories outside settlements within territorial community);
