1. Give to the Public scientific institution "State Research Institute of Systems Analysis of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation" the status of the basic organization of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States for researches in the field of the state and international financial control.
2. Approve Regulations on the basic organization of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States for researches in the field of the state and international financial control it (is applied).
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from the date of delivery on storage to depositary of the notification on accomplishment of the mentioned procedures.
It is made in the city of Tbilisi on June 3, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
