For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of evaluating compliance of the vehicles released in the Republic of Belarus within implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 27, 2023 "About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 95
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2022 No. 452 "About approval of the Regulations on temporary requirements and procedure for evaluating compliance of separate wheel vehicles" the following changes:
in Item 3 of the word "February 1, 2024." shall be replaced with words "on December 31, 2027";
in Regulations on temporary requirements and the procedure for evaluating compliance of separate wheel vehicles approved by this resolution:
to exclude from part one of Item 8-1 of the word "till February 1, 2024.";
state Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. Effective period of the conclusions about assessment like the vehicle and (or) type of the chassis issued on serial production constitutes no more than three years.
The conclusions about assessment like batch of vehicles and (or) the chassis are drawn up without restriction of term of their action.";
state Items 13 and 14 in the following edition:
"13. The certification body in case of execution of the conclusions about assessment like the vehicle and (or) type of the chassis on serial production or batch of vehicles (chassis) performs check of conditions of production of vehicles with execution of the inspection statement of conditions of production according to appendix No. 13 to the technical regulation.
