Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:

"Article 94. Pardon

Article 2.

After three months from the date of entry into force of this Law to recognize invalid:

1) the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the general principles of pardon" of June 14, 2002 No. 101 (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 7, the Art. 323);
