About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 750/2020 about approval of the Regulations on single samples of the acts confirming the right of the owner of the earth, rules of their filling, issue and storage

Based on Article 20 of the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, the Art. 817), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 750/2020 about approval of the Regulations on single samples of the acts confirming the right of the owner of the earth, rules of their filling, issue and storage (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 272-277, 889), to make the following changes:

Item 33 to state 1) in the following edition:

"33. Creation of the duplicate of the act is performed by territorial cadastral authority in which archive the second copy of the act is stored.";

2) in Item 34 the word is "issued" to be replaced with the word constituted";

Item 35 to state 3) in the following edition:

"35. The constituted duplicate represents exact reproduction of contents of the act, except for signatures. Instead of original signatures the name and surname everyone signed, and in case of their absence are entered, the word "signed" is specified.";

Item 37 to state 4) in the following edition:

"37. On the third page under graphical representation, on empty seat of the act, the following record is made: "It is constituted by territorial cadastral authority today, ________________.", on which the territorial cadastral authority and the signature of the chief registrar is sealed.";
