About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning waste and scrap of titanium

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning waste and the scrap of titanium classified by code 8108 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from April 1, 2024 to February 28, 2026 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 8108 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "7C)" to replace with the reference "89C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 89C of the following content:

"89C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.04.2024 till 28.02.2026 inclusive.".

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since April 1, 2024.
