About introduction of amendments to article 19 of the Law on the government budget for 2024 No. 418/2023

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 19 of the Law on the government budget for 2024 No. 418/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 510-513, 915) to make the following changes:

Item j) to state in the following edition:

j) redistribute according to reasonable offers of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and the Department of Energy the decrease in energy vulnerability of assignment approved in Fund for the purpose of implementation of the measures provided by the Law on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability No. 241/2022;

add Article with Item m) the following content:

m) change the approved indicators of the government budget according to the income and expenses in the amount of grants, donations, sponsor's means received within fiscal year for the purpose of implementation of measures for decrease in energy vulnerability with increase in assignments for Fund of decrease in energy vulnerability.

Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
