About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the legal aid guaranteed by the state")

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:

1) in Article 5:

b) in item 4 in state language the word "paralawyer" shall be replaced with words "komokcha the lawyer";
c) in Item 8 of the word "or administrative legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words ", administrative legal proceedings and on cases on offenses";
To exclude 2) in Item 1 of part 2 of article 10 after the word "developments" of the word "and approvals";
3) in Articles 11 and 12 in state language the word "parayuristter" shall be replaced with words "komokcha the yuristter";
4) in Article 12:
a) regarding 3 words "and paralawyers" to exclude;
b) add with part of 3-1 following content:
