About entering of amendment into the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2022 No. 403 "About approval of Rules of provision of industrial grants"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2022 No. 403 "About approval of Rules of provision of industrial grants" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28797) the following amendment:

in Rules of provision of the industrial grants approved by the specified order:

add Item 20 with the subitem 11) of the following content:

"11) having positive dynamics on tax assignments (corporate income tax / the individual income tax) for the last 3 (three) years for date of application. The requirement of this subitem does not extend to subjects of industrial and innovative activities who are tax-exempt according to the current legislation and/or from registration date of which there went less than three calendar years before receipt date of the request to national institute.";

2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
