In paragraph four of Item 40 of the Regulations on procedure for the execution of preliminary, periodic and incomplete cargo customs declarations approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 31, 2021 No. 01-02/13-20 (рег. No. 3296 of May 4, 2021) (The national database of the legislation, 04.05.2021, No. 10/21/3296/0410) shall be replaced with words the words "except for certificate of conformity and other documents of allowing nature" "except for documents of allowing nature".
2. This resolution is approved with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 3, 2022.
