About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till December 31, 2024 to provide modification of the set of rules "to Elektroustanovki of residential and public buildings. Rules of designing and installation" regarding establishment of requirements to equipment of again under construction apartment residential buildings by metering devices of electrical energy, measuring transformers, other equipment which is specified in Item 137 of Basic provisions of functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2012 No. 442 "About functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy, complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy" it is used for commercial accounting of electrical energy (capacity) and provides possibility of connection of metering devices of electrical energy to intellectual systems of accounting of electrical energy (capacity) of the guaranteeing suppliers and functioning of such systems according to the legislation on power industry.
3. Declare invalid the paragraph of the seventy eighth of the subitem "ts" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of the organization of accounting of electrical energy, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2020 No. 554 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of the organization of accounting of electrical energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 17, the Art. 2795).
