About some questions of lowering of starting price of sale of the property which is in republican property

For the purpose of streamlining of questions of lowering of starting price of sale of the property which is in republican property:

1. Determine that:

1.1. starting price of sale at the biddings of the capital structures (buildings, constructions) which are in republican property, the isolated rooms, the incomplete preserved capital structures, transfer devices, other real estate, the incomplete not preserved capital structures, except the apartment houses and premises including which are not completed by construction (further - real estate units), machines, the equipment, vehicles, other personal estate relating to fixed assets (further - objects of personal estate) (further, unless otherwise specified, - objects of republican property), can be lowered if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus:

after the first not productive * or cancelled ** the biddings selling object of republican property - for 20 percent;

after the second not productive or cancelled biddings selling object of republican property - to 50 percent inclusive;

by holding the auction using method of lowering of starting price *** (further - auction) according to the procedure, approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus taking into account requirements of this Decree.

The real estate units realized at the biddings on their sale including at auction, and the right of the conclusion of lease agreements of the parcels of land necessary for servicing of these objects, in cases when according to the legislation this right is granted by results of auction on the right of the conclusion of lease agreements of the parcels of land, constitute single subject of the biddings of their sale.
