About some measures for drawing into economic circulation of not used state-owned property

For the purpose of drawing into economic circulation of not used state-owned property:

1. Determine that:

1.1. not used state-owned property *, being in republican property, except for located in the cities of Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno and Mogilev (the daleeneispolzuyemy state-owned property which is in republican property) which list affirms the Government of the Republic of Belarus is involved in economic circulation according to this Decree in the way:

sales at auction with establishment of starting price of the sale equal to one basic size determined by the legislation;

transfers to free use of individual entrepreneurs and non-state legal entities;

voluntary conveyance in property of individual entrepreneurs and non-state legal entities;

other use according to legal acts;

* For the purposes of this Decree not used state-owned property is understood as the property assigned to republican and utility legal entities on the right of economic maintaining, operational management or transferred according to the legislation to free use of non-state legal entities, republican state public associations: capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms (except for apartment houses and premises) which are not used in economic circulation more than two years, and also the incomplete preserved and not preserved capital structures (except the apartment houses and premises which are not completed by construction) with exceeding of normative term of construction more than for two years which is not demanded by republican and utility legal entities.
