About modification of article 4 of the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827/2000
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In part (5) article 4 of the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 65-67, 460), with subsequent changes, word "into treasurer accounts of local budgets of the second level depending on location of the settlement", shall be replaced with words "into treasurer accounts of territorial agencies of the public assistance and into treasurer accounts of the structures responsible for the public assistance in municipium of Chisinau and autonomous territorial education Gagauzia,".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
