Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 2023 No. 931-VIQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides
1. "Regulations on state registration of motorized vehicles and their trail cars in accordance with the established procedure and accounting of state registration", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 15, 1999 No. 39 (3, Article 195 (volume I) to add collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. with Articles 5.1-1 and 5.1-2 of the following content:
"5.1-1. Before utilization according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About waste" the vehicle shall be struck off the permanent register of state registration. For this purpose the owner of the vehicle or the other person having the right to dispose of it addresses to bodies, stipulated in Item 1.2 these rules. Within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the statement this body makes the decision on final removal of the vehicle from state registration or in the presence of one of the following cases on refusal in final removal from state registration with indication of the reason what it is reported to the applicant in writing about:
1) in the presence of the effectual in law judgment about confiscation of the vehicle as administrative punishment or special confiscation as criminal legal measure;
