About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 2023 No. 1077-VIQ "About arbitration" and regulation of some questions connected with it
Being guided by Items 19 and 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with entry into force of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 2023 No. 1077-VIQ "About Arbitration", for the purpose of ensuring application of this Law I decide:
1. Determine that:
1.1. The president of the Azerbaijan Republic performs powers of the relevant organ of the executive authority provided by the first offer of Article 11.2 and article 11.6 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About arbitration";
1.2. in article 11.6 of this Law "body (organization)" means the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. in the first offer of article 11.2 of this Law "body (organization)" means the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
2.1. taking into account the international standards and the principles, and also the best foreign practices to prepare in six-months time the draft of the new Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About private international law" and to provide it to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
2.2. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About arbitration".;
2.3. according to article 11.6 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About arbitration" in two-month time to approve procedure for accreditation and cancellation of accreditation of the permanent arbitral organization and to report about it to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
