attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.";

c) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. Evasion from the conclusion of the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house, or agreements on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, or agreements on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household), or agreements on technical diagnosing of the gas pipelines which are part of the intra house and (or) intra room gas equipment if the conclusion of such agreements is obligatory, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on officials - from twenty five thousand to hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.";

d) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Refusal in the admission according to the procedure and the cases established by the legislation, the representative of the specialized organization for performance of works (rendering services) in maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house or the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household) or for gas supply suspension -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on officials - from twenty five thousand to hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.";

e) in part 4:

in paragraph one of the word "or evasion from the conclusion of the agreement on technical diagnosing of the intra house and (or) intra room gas equipment if the conclusion of such agreement is obligatory,-" shall be replaced with words "or unauthorized replacement of the specified equipment without involvement of the specialized organization -";
